前台小姐姐服务不错，值班经理服务真周到，房间卫生很干净，离公交车站也很近，超市也方便，总之一切都好，值得推荐，下次还住丽橙酒店

酒店整体环境很干净，浴室很整洁，房间也收拾的很干净，住的是无窗的房，房间里也没有异味没有霉，这是我第二次入住，但是住下来感觉被子不是很干净，虽然有被套罩着但是感觉还是挺不舒服的，然后因为是无窗的房间所以被套床单第二天早上睡会有点潮湿，希望能主动帮我们换，不过我们提出要换，酒店的师傅也很配合我们的要求，这点挺满意的。然后我们住了两天，第二天没有给我们换新的纸拖鞋和送矿泉水这一点希望改进。附近停车位有限，因为酒店就在路边。

来三峡大学考试，预订了这家酒店，服务非常热情，进入大堂悦耳的问候声，前台的美女还给我送了一杯百合茉莉花茶，很好喝。房间干净整洁，前台有个小箱子里面的东西都是免费的，超级贴心：洗衣液，卸妆水，卸妆棉，隔音耳塞我都用了。感觉很贴心，还主动帮我推荐附近美食，步行去水悦城购物，很不错的一次入住体验，下次来宜昌，还是会选择这家酒店!

可能我的房间比较靠公路。晚上我醒了好几次。卫生间没有地垫毛巾。床垫一般吧，服务和卫生还是很不错。床附近没有纸巾，只有厕所有。也有可能是忘记放了。毕竟才100多的单间也不要求太多了。整体还行。。上楼是楼梯没有电梯
