我们到酒店的时候是晚上，前台服务员很热情的给我们拉了行李，大厅很漂亮，新的美仑大厅真的让人感觉到焕然一新。餐厅也非常漂亮，坐在餐厅吃早餐可以看到未央路的美景。他们家的麪条是现煮的，停车也很方便，设施完善。

这家酒店真的是我西安之行的首选！离西安北高铁站非常近，还提供免费接送站服务，早餐种类丰富、味道很棒，每天都吃得很满足，前台服务热情周到，办理入住和退房都很高效。停车也非常方便，自驾完全不用担心。因为经常来西安，我已经是回头客了，每次入住体验都很满意，强烈推荐！

The room is big and decent. The breakfast is good, and customer service is great. However, we booked non-smoking room, but the next door people just leave their door open and smoking in the room. The whole floor is filled with smoking smell and in to our room. I info the front desk, and they seem to be powerless to enforce the smoking rule.
