绝对是一家骗子酒店，这和销售界面上的照片是一家酒店吗？要求换房还说这个房型就是这样的房间！真是无语，这样的酒店还挂4星真是给西安旅游业丢脸！设施差也就算了，服务也是奇差无比啊！疫情期间问前台要个口罩很冰冷的回复没有！朋友车停门口说是接人的，保安还要赶着让停到马路等！我坐的位置有烟灰，保洁就质问我！请问是看到我抽烟了么？本人是不抽烟的！真是奇差无比！！！真心不建议住！！！
