房门一直开着根本没看到有服务人员过来，房间找了一圈也没找到，又打电话过去，还是说已经送来了，我说房间确定没有，后来才送来，等的我心焦。 6、服务态度不敢恭维，订了两个房间，分开登记入住的，下午登记时问了总台停车事宜，总台说是酒店有停车券，但为什么不问就不说呢？边上一个服务员对于我问到能否退停车费时表示（表情）很不齿。因事致电大堂经理询问事宜，我在电话里没有听到微笑，听到了耻笑。 7、这一条写给同程网，因为这种种原因，提前一天离店，其中一间是网页上直接付款的，上面有写明取消规则，当时登记时问过酒店能否提早离店，总台说是和同程网联系下就可以了。与同程网客服联系问了是否可以退，一位很温柔的男客服说是可以的，他会帮我处理好，并和我说只有他能处理，再打给其他人是没有用的，感觉希望很大，因为在网页上的取消规则是不退房费的，但客服人员说可以。后来温柔的男客服回电话给我说是酒店不让退，所以他退不了，需要我找酒店协商。致电酒店，酒店说是他们不会限制客人退房，只要的同程协商就好，这个太极拳打的真好。如果规则真如网页上所写房费不退，那客服可以很明确的和我说退不了，没必要说可以退，后面又说酒店不同意，耍人呐。
