毕竟著名的老宾馆，服务特别优秀。自己到店后由于定错房无法直接入住，只能坐在大堂的凳子上有二个小时左右，非常感谢前台9006号的服务生细心的发现了尴尬中的我，看出我由于劳累脸色不好，主动出来询问我的情况，在得到确认后，热情的帮我解决了问题让我可以及时入房休息。真的感谢！中国的人文环境越来越和谐，正是这样有责任心有爱心的人的努力下实现的。再次表示感谢！br另外，晚间的小麻烦在前台赵经理的热情帮助下也妥善解决并得到美丽的赵经理的电话问候，对西安宾馆的服务给个大大的赞
