客房部是分南楼、北楼的，这也是住客点评分化两极的原因。南楼装修是翻新过的，设施都比较新，住着也舒心，偏向商务房，有配备电脑使用。北楼是旧的，旧的，旧到什么程度，毛巾都是毛边开了的，厕所破旧，整个房间灯光也极其阴暗，真是不明白为什么连毛巾都不换新的。
前台有一个浅栗色头发淡淡粉色眼影的小姐姐态度非常好，接触到的客房服务员们态度也都比较好，这点值得称赞。
交通便利就不用说了，这也是选择的第一原因。

酒店位置优越，出行很方便，当天到店较晚有一间豪华客房升级了套房，还是挺开心的，但设施还是有点旧。
