非常好的宾馆，大堂富丽堂皇，工作人员很有职业素养，热情引导，微笑服务，效率高服务意识强。虽然房间不大设施不够新，但整洁干净，入住有安全感。入住期间有宾馆质检征询意见。宾馆位置好，门口是机场大巴起始点，出游交通便利。很好的入住体验，来西安首选。

入住体验很好，大堂富丽堂皇，工作人员很有职业素养，笑脸相迎，主动引领，迅速办理好入住手续，服务意识强，工作效率高。房间虽然不大设施也不够新，但干净整洁，入住有安全感。入住期间还收到宾馆质检人员电话，征询服务意见。宾馆位置好，门口就是机场大巴起始点，到各景点交通方便。

等我到店的时候，订的大床房没了，给我免费升级了个套间，房间很宽很大，热水也很好。但是酒店设施还是老旧了，空调声音超级大，而且制冷也不行了，晚上把人热得。

设施老旧，厕所不是很干净，打开马桶就有臭味，沐浴喷头也是老式的，不方便使用，老式空调无法调节，床边没有插头，整个房间只有电视机下有插座，电视机的画面也不好，基本上是糊的，隔音差，路过的人说话都能听清楚，门外也能听见房间里的声音，，不推荐入住，性价比很低，如果不是机场大巴站不会考虑入住。
