Really great experience at this hotel. Although there’s nearby metro construction and it can take a bit of time to find the right direction on the first visit, it’s easy to navigate after that. The room was great—consistent with other Atour hotels I love: simple, clean, and comfortable. The hotel also has self-service laundry, which is super convenient. There are several malls nearby with major brands as well. Can order food delivery and they will use robot to send up to room which is amazing. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing

新开的，非常不错，一切满意，房间设计很好，乾净清爽。床头自带手机无线充，呆了三晚就没有把数据线从包里拿出来过，太方便了。走的时候遗忘了东西在酒店，还帮忙快递回上海，再次感谢！

在不知情情况下给办理199会员卡 説给升级到带窗户的房间 给前台打电话説有房间可以帮忙升级 当天订的时候也显示有房间 前台小伙説帮忙问下 男经理态度很恶劣 强硬 説前台不了解 不懂 员工不培训就上岗的吗？明明少花点钱最多花99就可以解决的非要199 诉求退卡经理説退不了 説投诉就投诉吧 酒店应该给客人解决诉求吗 房间也有污渍 送外卖到了非要打电话説机器人送才机器人送 再也不会来了避雷 服务真的需要提高 尤其是管理层

地理位置很好，就在国贸附近，周边好吃的好玩的很多。酒店很新，环境很好，在北京算是同价位下住起来很舒服的酒店。前台服务人员很热情。

地理位置便利，周边有好几个商场，房间整洁，床铺舒适好睡。员工服务态度友善且专业，特别是前台的帮忙，当我觉得房间太闷热时，他们能提供小米风扇并送上房间给我们，让我们很暖心。酒店设施新颖，下次来北京?我会再次选择这里。
