入住过程中，前台与保安的服务态度让我倍感失望，他们缺乏基本的礼貌与专业服务意识，给我带来了不好的第一印象。此外，房间内的电视存在故障，维修人员前来处理，耗时20分钟仍未修好。更过分的是，他进门时态度傲慢，声称要“教我怎么调” ，最终却将电视未修好的责任归咎于我，可自始至终我都未对电视进行任何不当操作。
此次入住体验大打折扣，希望酒店方能够严肃对待这些问题，对相关人员进行批评教育和培训，提升服务水平。

饭店距离北京西站走路大概10多分钟，靠近南广场，交通便利，北京西站有机场巴士，去机场很方便，附近有景点莲花池，饭店乾净整洁

和朋友出差去的，离办事的地方很近，交通还蛮方便的。毕竟是北京西站嘛，房间衞生可以，第2天赶火车很方便，下次还住。

We choose this hotel because it's near the train station (10-15 minutes walking). Room is nice. Staff does not speak english but you get a one pager with all the necessary informations.

Great location, close to Bejing West train station and room is well designed. Bed is comfy. Walls a bit thin so you may here the neighbours.
Very good staff. Cleaning ladies are helpful and fast. The staff at the reception helped me with finding a tailor, buying tickets for the the forbidden city,…. Great staff.
Price is very good for the package you get from my pov.
The park around the corner invites for walks and getting some rest from the city life.

Awesome location, easy walking distance to the Beijing west train station.
The staff was super friendly and also spoke a bit of English which was great, the rooms were super clean and staff take your luggage to your room for you. Recommend this stay.
