停车太费劲，免费停车场开不开门，出去也出不去，开不开门打电话没人接，问了説她们也不知道，出也出不去，问了説需要停车码，整完又未查询到车辆又出不去，来来回回下车去前台好几趟。解决问题为0，非常差，停车场徘徊半个小时，而且在明知道出门需要前台扫码为什么退房不提醒，全等着问，问完还解决不了问题就乾等着，前台啥事不管，问了就等就不知道。説停车时间长了，晚上十点来的今天两点走的能有多长？要是説规定时间就明确写好

衞生：一尘不染，窗明几净
环境：很满意，在周围住的一圈里性价比最高
服务：大体令人满意，但没有履行免费升房的权益，可能房源紧张吧，前台虽説升房了但没有。
