服务非常非常差差，自己为朋友订的，订前进行了咨询，表示自己飞机可能要到凌晨抵达，到达酒店时间会晚一点，回答没有问题。结果到了办理入住时，服务员说没有订单，一再交涉后，找到订单入住。朋友次日飞往美国，酒店迟迟不退担保金，又说没有入住，自己多次联系美国朋友，自己又电话联系酒店和艺龙，虽然最终得到解决，但体验极差。
