酒店地理位置优越，出行便利。房间乾净整洁，衞生做的非常到位，设施一应俱全。餐饮，康体都很棒，特别是5楼秦唐中餐厅菜品，烤鸭口味俱佳。前台郑冰冰小姐姐更是特别nice，耐心帮助客人解决问题，态度温和有礼貌，给个大大的赞??。下次出行会再次选择王府井希尔顿酒店。

五一假期原本订了另一家酒店，入住一晚后果断退房，重新选择希尔顿入住。帮我办理入住的是丁裕竹经理，办理入住过程非常耐心细致，让客人有宾至如归的感觉。早餐也很好吃，两个娃天天早上都惦记要吃早餐了 ，我们平时旅游很多，孩子们对希尔顿的评价都很好！下次还会继续入住希尔顿！

时隔五年再次入住王府井希尔顿酒店，依旧是那么的熟悉，大堂布局依旧，但房间内已升级灯光智控。特别感谢丁裕竹给予我们的帮助以及房间的安排， 让我们的入住感到更加的便利。酒店继续是我们在北京的首选。
