Location was near to a busy food street. 5 mins walk to beixinqiao mrt (direct airport line), 15 minutes walk to dongzhimen mrt (mall + airport line), 15 mins walk to yonghegong. 30 mins walk to gulou and 40 mins walk to shichahai. so overall good location.
room was clean, complimentary sprite and coke. separated toilet, shower and sink. Small room with no space for luggage but stayed for 1 night only. Free laundry and dryer. Big tv.
Not very sound proof as could hear people on the streets talking from the window in the morning. It is in a hutong, and can be dark at night but theres lanterns at the door so hotel can still be found. This hotel is part of a large hotel chain so service is there.

衚衕里面比较有调调，民宿风，完全对不起这个价格。好多年来第一次听説给2张房卡，第二张要交按金，很惊讶！
房间超级小，连放包的地方都没有，绝对不夸张，隔音超级差，旁边房间説话都能听见，整体很吵。
早餐20平米地方，一点点吃的。
较贵的价格，如此糟糕的体验，绝对不会再去第二次。
服务一般，态度一般，毫无体验感，不推荐！！！

第二次入住了，上次是夏天带家人来，住的很舒服，床和床品睡起来特别棒。这次冬天又来住了，院子宽敞明亮，晒太阳非常舒服。服务人员也非常热情耐心。北京二环里，离簋街、东四北大街走路几分钟，无论吃饭还是逛街都太方便了。推荐！

去年第一次入住四合院，留下深刻印象，这次带着两老来北京，想着让他们体验一下衚衕四合院，连着订了4晚。酒店一如既往的好，房间乾净，舒适度很高，前台帅哥美女有求必应，还帮忙洗衣烘乾，服务非常到位。长者家回酒店就在院子里抽烟休息，一家人坐着聊天非常开心，每天晚上有个阿姨都帮我们点好艾条驱蚊，非常体贴！两老还要求多住了一天休整一下，完全就待在院里刷手机，好开心！下次还会入住！
