非常失望，因为住过很多别的地方的全季，三亚、广州、包括重庆上清寺店都很好，所以订解放碑店的时候想都没想那么多就直接付款，取消险都不带考虑的，结果住了一晚就好想哭，暖气是直接供的，没得调，热出了汗也没办法，隔音效果极差，直接感觉墙角有呼吸的声音，好诡异，其实就是隔壁房客不用打呼你都能感受到人家的气息，隔壁开水龙头你能被水流声吓到震，网络极差，洗手间小，装修陈旧，电视还不是网络电视，反正让我坚持住下去的唯一原因是：订了不给退钱。
PS：我们住的是1011房，大床房，相当糟糕，也不便宜，400多一晚，真心不值。

酒店位置很好，但是环境非常差，性价比太低，房价和环境相差甚远，首先不开冷风能热死，其次房间特别特别小，最后，我觉得服务非常非常的一般，连一星我觉得都很难达到，希望可以再慎重，因为我连住两天三晚上，纯属个人真实感受，可以不予采纳
