  酒店的亮点就是设施齐全，每个房间配备洗衣机小冰箱，入住时前台可以带看房间，房间配置都大同小异，空间大衞生都乾净整洁无异味，前台服务热情周到，周边环境不错还有公园，安静夜景漂亮。

  昨天把房间开好 行李寄存在前台 连楼都没上（可以看监控） 结果晚上12点回来 看到300多元订的房间 浴室到处都是污渍 沙发垫也很脏 一股味道（不是消毒水） 木地板年份看起来也挺久的 对比我朋友住的100的酒店 唯一的区别 可能就是这家店有吊顶 那麽晚了 睡一觉起来就走了 结果一开空调 空调的噪音特别大 前台电话也打了几次 才接通 跟她反馈这个情况 她态度也挺好 説没有房间了 给我拿一个风扇 …… 让我觉得很无语 我住300多的房间 给我拿个风扇 还説之前住房间的住客没有这种情况 天啦 那些住客是耳聋吗 有问题的房间就不要先给住客住 既然没有房间 那我要求退款 也没有问题吧？连厕所都没有用 床都没有动过 实用痕迹都没有 站在床边开了个空调 要求退款 也不行 第二天还要开长途车 如果休息没休息好 发生意外 谁来负责？我很少给别人差评 基本没有 但是这种情况真的让人气氛！

  we had to wait more than 2.5 hours when checking in, so we went to other places. the management is nice and sent us fruits to make up on the wait. rooms are very large. recommendation is to have better tiles in bathroom, current one is very slippery when wet.

  国庆临时需要到这边出差，由於行程需要晚一点退房，给前台妹妹沟通晚一点退房也是很热情的给我们登记了免费延迟退房，这点很暖心，服务杠杠的。平时在这边路过前台也很热情，感觉都是热情洋溢。酒店呢也很不错，对这家酒店的衞生还是比较放心的，开了多年一直都是保持着乾净整洁,衞生也是做的非常细致没有异味。地理位置就不用説了非常便捷去哪里都近，我们出差同事都选择这里。希望酒店继续保持这样的服务水准！

  停车位很多 ，位置很好找，车库可以直接到房前台直接到房间，电梯运行很快，环境不错。房间设施齐全，酒店衞生乾净，配置不错，我们房间电视还能投屏（提前跟前台沟通後安排的）。服务特别贴心，入住後前台回访後得知我有些许轻微感冒，特意在房间给我配备了红糖姜茶和蒸汽眼罩还有口罩，最重要的是还多放了几瓶水给我烧开。前台服务细节在线！！！
