Convenient location. Hotel breakfast is below average, not much variety. Quite new and clean. They provide nightime snacks like popcorn / porridge but they are tasteless. For the gym, it’s together with the laundry room which is so small and weird to exercise there. Their staff service is SUPER slow , something that needs to be improved on. Only 1 person to assist with checking in. Also Called for the robot service for immediate assistance but after 30min, still not attended to. My room could see the kuixinglou. One thing I don like about the room is the toilet/ bathroom door can be seen through, 1 of them can’t be closed fully. Good that they provide hook for drying / hanging clothes.

Very clean and spacious, cozy room. The hotel is very easy to find and good location near Hongyadong. Nice city views from the hotel lobby on the 21st floor. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Only feedback is the toilet bidet is not easy to use, couldn't figure out how to use it.

酒店在21楼，电梯上来就到啦，环境很好，布置的很漂亮，旁边就是江景，，夜景美丽，，房间衞生乾净，乾湿分离，总体很棒，前台小姐姐也很热情，管家也及时联系回覆，每天晚上还有甜品和茶水，d（^^*），味道不错，早饭重庆小麪味道赞赞的。，推荐

地点绝佳 洪崖洞解放碑地铁站都近在咫尺
服务员态度超好，办理入住时很热情的介绍重庆的旅游景点和特色小吃
每天晚上都有上甜点 如果来不及回酒店享用 柜枱小姐姐也很贴心帮忙预留
房间超大 可以没有死角看到嘉陵江景色

酒店在21楼登记入住，前台有免费冰淇淋，爆谷，免费抓娃娃机，夜晚有免费各款甜品糖水提供。免费洗衣服务，外卖的话有机器人送餐到房。客服小姐姐每天都会提醒今天的糖水有哪些，另外有甚麽问题都会快速帮我解决。酒店房间很大很乾净，可以声控小度播放音乐，开电视开灯，会回答你今天天气如何，外卖机器人到房会提醒你开门。早餐时间7:30-1300，适合晚起的人用餐。酒店22楼出去就是景点魁星楼—你以为我在1楼，其实我在22楼
