  蒙古之行12日,感觉最差的酒店.在订房时并未告知房间基本无窗(过道气窗),且此次蒙古之行所有的房间都有空调,唯独这个开价900元又无窗的房间竟然空调也没有.另外晚间我洗澡结尾时水已转凉,还有一人未洗澡,联系前台说过一会就有热水,等到10:30再电话前台被告知估计到明早也不会有热水,且没有一点歉意象是正常的一样.作为一家硬件尚可且卖价不菲酒店,你们到底应该如何为客户服务?
