从外地过来 到店将近凌晨两点 门口有很多车位好说歹说保安都不让停 非常不人性化 开了一天车 想快点入住这一点点小要求都不满足 说是早上很多接人的车 接人的车就不能下停车场等了？
办理入住时只有吸烟房 也就算了 高级房极小 卫生间干湿不分区就算了 连淋浴房都没有 站在浴缸洗很容易滑倒 很不方便
还有就是明显发现是大床房改成双床的 开关插座在床枕头正上面 笑了
地毯清洁也很糟糕 明显的渣子无数
总之从服务到房间到各种细节都不值800一晚上
第二天赶紧换到了希尔顿 除了位置没有马可波罗好以外 其余一切都秒杀

房间除了阳台外，室内空间很小，空调出风口正对床头，入住体验非常一般。且大堂工作人员服务态度不太好，晃晃悠悠一边嚼口香糖一边冷淡应付，明显没有经过培训。下次应该不会再选择入住。

几方面:一、环境非常好，闹中取静。二、硬件设施有点小问题，卫生间的推门很难推。三、卫生有待提高，具体已跟前台反映，四、总体推荐，请酒店加强客房服务员培训！
