  I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a lucky find as this hotel is newly set up for operations and located right in front of the underground train station (Line 11). Situated in Liwan District, very close by to most of the tourist attractions and easy commute for the street food lovers. Receptionists were polite and helpful, housekeepers were attentive. The toilet door had a minor defect mid-stay and they fixed it immediately (they offered to change our room but we declined). Food deliveries got sent up via the robotic machine. Complimentary supper spread (congee). 24hrs laundry and gym without charges. Only thing to note: toilet has no water bidet for those who require it. I traveled with my elderly mom and we enjoyed our laundry + supper routine on most nights. Laundry gets washed, dried, folded and sent up to your room too. I loved my stay and Atour has set the bar so high beyond my expectation. It was my first time in China and Atour chain will now be my only choice for all my subsequent trips in China. the
