The check in and check out are efficient and pain free. The room are beyond my expectations. And the hotel location is simply the best. MRT is just beside the hotel. Only con to this hotel, is that the lift are shared with other hotel and offices.

Location is great. Just above the metro station. Walkable to shopping area. Room size ok. Cleanliness 7/10. The only issue I've encountered was sometimes cigarette smells appeared in the room and I believe it's due to the ventilation system. The hotel is located within an office building lookalike and long queue to wait for the lift at rush hour. The staffs are extremely helpful and good in service. Give it a thumbs up up.
