刘玉英女士的服务必须给个大大的好评！入住期间，她不仅把房间打扫得乾净整洁，更难得的是特别细心周到，处处为客人着想。
有两件事让我们全家印象特别深刻：一是她注意到我们带的小朋友没有小童拖鞋，主动询问并及时送来，非常贴心；二是看到我们带着孩子需要照顾，她主动提出并帮忙把两张很重的床拼在一起，方便我们照看孩子，解决了我们的**烦。
整个过程她始终面带笑容，态度热情又亲切，让我们感觉到家人般的温暖。这样用心服务、真正关注客人需求的员工，真的很难得，强烈推荐酒店给予表扬！

Decent room size, location is fine but it's a 15/20 min walk to the nearest subway station line 3 and restaurants shopping area. The hotel is right beside an open slough but the water is clean and no smell. The hotel has no laundry facility. The breakfast buffet is fine with lots of variety. Housekeeping is great and the front desk is friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don't like much is the showerhead which is an elongated sprayer and it's not great to use especially with a stiff hose plus the plumbing is not installed with pressure balance valves so it is sometimes hot and cold depending on other fixtures being used or next door. Overall it's recommended.

房间不大，设施齐全，就是房间走进去有股类似消毒洗涤剂的味道。
交通还算便捷，距离地铁站大概10-15分钟路程。
门口靠河那边有个鱼鳞坝，天热应该可以嬉水。
对面有米其林鳝鱼饭，非遗美食。

优点:
房间的设计走实用路线，没有多余装饰
床的支撑度和舒适度都很稳定,很好睡。
房内有智能设备，点外卖时会由机器人送上来；
大堂随时有热茶，不管早晚回来都能喝上一杯；
服务人员的态度也让人觉得舒服，亲切
缺点:
饭店的位置比较偏，随离地铁站也有一段距离，所以这一带的房价比较低
早餐表现偏普通，餐厅的采光也不足，算是吃得饱、但不会特别期待的那种。
梯厅明明贴着禁菸标示，却在电梯口放了烟灰缸，偶尔还是会遇到有人在那里抽菸。
这间并没有配置自助洗衣房
