酒店的位置很不错，地铁站到酒店就几百米，酒店大堂明亮，环境很好，大堂内有供应小点心，赠饮水，奶茶咖啡果汁等，进到房间空间大小很合适，房间衞生乾净，打扫衞生很积极，前台服务态度很友善，三楼有自助洗衣房，健身房，总体入住体验很不错

衞生：房间很乾净，入住东西有点乱没拍照片智能配置使用很方便，保洁每天都会打扫，有自助洗衣机；
服务：前台小姐姐非常nice，有问题都会快速响应，给她点赞??
餐厅：餐厅品类丰富，茶点、麪包都有，可以满足不同人的需求，个人非常喜欢??

酒店位置很好，离广州塔很近，周围商圈也多，交通方便，吃饭，逛景点，去哪都近。酒店设施也可以，很新，有智能家居设备，马桶和语音助手，还是可以，就是城景大床房相对来説面积小了点，就是在二楼，也没什麽景色看。

酒店的环境太棒啦 LL 房间布置得很温馨，床品柔软舒适，让我每晚都能睡个好觉。小度智能 控制窗帘开窗，采光极佳，公共区域也十分整洁乾净，装修风格时尚大气，还有淡淡的香味，在这样的环境里，无论是休息还是休闲都非常惬意，下次来还会选择这里

The reception staff missed up a few times. The first time, during check-in, they put me in the wrong room with the wrong person, even I explained cristally clean everything. The second time, during check-out, they confused my colleague with another person and evicted her in the database the day before the actual departure. And then they started demanding money for that day. This is the first time I've encountered such clowning. Several colleagues said they saw cockroaches in their rooms. The breakfast is good, the location is close to the Canton Tower and the Canton Fair
