Really good place to stay at, it’s near the metro station and theres also a convenience store and pharmacy on the first floor. More importantly, the room is clean and spacious. I enjoyed staying here and will stay at this chain of hotels again. Bonus was the tea set:) Awesome!

One of the least welcoming and poor service hotel that I’ve been to in China. There was no greeting of guests when you approach the check in desk at level 5, no serving of welcome drinks. I had indicated birthday celebration in my booking and it was ignored. Initially, I had booked a different room type for the first night as the double room was not available for the night. At check in, the front desk informed that it was available but they needed more time to clean the room. However, there was no form of compensation from the hotel for extra waiting time of 2.5 hrs for them to clean the room. So I wonder if the earlier reviews of free upgrade or free breakfast are indeed real.

房间很满意，景观大床房的夜景超绝，前台服务员小姐姐也很友好，免费办理了延迟退房，还帮忙寄存保管行李，非常人性化！

家庭入住 ，环境很舒服！前台要搭??上5楼！环境很好！房间够大清静优雅！喜欢酒店的香水味！白茶很好饮！茶壶用具漂亮！前台人员很nice !!下次还会入住！

房间设施还行就普通全季酒店的样子，比较新，洗手枱旁边的毛巾架是坏的。然后第二天浴室地垫就没给我们，我就算了，第三天我回酒店要洗澡，结果毛巾浴巾地垫全都没有了，打扫衞生阿姨一个都没放，一间房就算了，我妈那间也没有。最后一天我打电话给前台问能不能延迟退房到两点，前台意思那话的感觉就是你必须给我好评，才可以答应我的要求，我説现在不评行吗，她説要加我微信，我拒绝了，退房的时候又提我又拒绝了。真的无语。

虽然今晚住的房型不是想要的，我原本想订的是套房房型的。
设施：设计风格简洁，看起来很舒服。就是床还是太软了。由于本人的个人原因不太适合太软的床垫和高枕头。问了关于空调的事，确实因为中央空调的原因，加上天气的变化大，后来只能把窗打开。
服务：前台工作人员的服务很到位，也很客气礼貌。后半夜的保洁人员，服务到位，但给客人的态度（表情）很不舒服。
衞生：总体上都很不错，要睡时发现床单问题，跟前台联系后，后来保洁人也及时过来更换新床单。就是不知这样的设计风格，保洁人员打扫是有没有使用吸尘器呢？如果没有使用吸尘器的话，那那些边边角角的衞生真的乾净了吗？
早餐的环境也不错，东西还算可以的。
由于个人原因突发了紧急事后，很感谢大家的帮助，更谢谢酒店的所有工作人员和经理，奔东跑西的办理手续，忙前忙后，还从早到晚。有这样的服务，这样的安全保障，值得首先的。

我们刚住完了南沙全季酒店（天后宫店）便到广州的全季酒店（岗顶店）是因为要尝尝朋友介绍的全季酒店的品牌，这酒店真的是清洁乾净，装璜简单实用而舒服。酒店位置很好离地铁站+公交车站都很方便。服务员很有礼貌！早餐方面虽然种类不多但味道不错。综合这酒店性价比高值得入住。

整体入住体验不错。酒店衞生做得很好，房间乾净整洁，让人住得比较安心。服务方面也值得肯定，工作人员态度友好、响应及时。需要改进的是电梯的感应开关系统，不太灵敏，出现过人还没完全进入电梯就关门的情况，存在一定安全隐患，使用体验不佳。这一点建议尽快优化。总体来説，性价比尚可。
