  Had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. Was served by Zhou Ting Ting when we first arrived and she made our entire stay so seamless with helping to coordinate my Taobao deliveries and getting us rooms with great views. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

  Front desk staff 婷婷 provided very good service. She helped us by adding us on WeChat for parcel arrangements and was very responsive. We would revisit JI Hotel again.

  设施：房间不是很大，设施基本齐全，窗户不能打开，淋雨劲儿很猛，调不了 衞生：乾净整洁 环境：安静。早餐就餐环境不错 服务：热情周到 地理位置优越！

  住了四天三晚 体验非常好！前台细心友善态度好，地理位置非常好 去哪都很方便。房间也很乾净整洁 高层视野很好。下次一定会再回来住的 推荐五星！

  交通十分便利、离APM林和西站步行几分钟可达，去广州塔很方便，周边好吃的美食也很多，服务人员态度很好，很满意！

  酒店是在大厦的3楼衞生服务都不错，窗外景色也很美，离地铁也近，周边食肆多选择也多。有个缺点是酒店没有自己的专属停车位，停车要收费的停车费也有点贵，要是自驾的就要留意了。

  酒店地理位置很好，离天环和正佳商场步行十几分钟就到了，地铁站也在附近。房间内部乾净整洁，枕头很舒服。办理入住的时候原定的房型需要等待，前台小姐姐免费升级了房型，住的景观大床房，房间视野开阔。下次来广州还会选择这一家！

  位置很方便，酒店前台在3层，高层景观不错。 服务挺热情的，早到也会尽量安排。 但是楼层高电梯可能会等比较久。外卖一般是机器人送，但是高峯时间机器人会一直进不了电梯门。还是自己下楼拿比较靠谱。

  酒店整体环境非常雅致，走廊和公共区域都透着安静的高级感。窗外就是繁华的城市天际线，阳光洒进来的时候，整个房间都暖洋洋的，视野开阔得让人心情瞬间变好。 必须重点表扬前台的小哥哥小姐姐！办理入住时效率超高，全程微笑服务，还主动给我介绍了酒店的设施和周边的美食推荐。后来我问了些周边景点的问题，也都耐心解答，让人感觉特别暖心。
