Perfect experience at Jumeirah Guangzhou! The room size is spacious with nice view. The bathroom is also huge with a nice and clean bathtub. I celebrated my husband birthday and they provided complimentary birthday deco upon request and also a cake which was delicious! All staff provides great service with a smile. Very quick response from their concierge over wechat as well (usually within 5mins). Would definitely come back again!

Great hotel. They deliver your food deliveries straight to your room lol. However, I think some of the colours used are too ugly, especially the carpets. Older UAE hotels are a bit garish, everything else was good though.

非常满意超出预期，房间除了有点暗有点冷（服务员送了暖风机），其他接近完美。打扫很乾净，特别要夸一下！床品很舒适柔软。服务也无敌，半夜外卖都送上门。自己都有点不好意思。有机会再会入住。

房间整洁舒适，布置温馨雅致，提前告知了有小童入住会安排好专属小童帐篷和小童专用物品，虽然是小小的举动也很可爱。最好的安排是傍晚提供的陈皮山楂糖水，用保温壶放好，足够一家子享用了，既帮助消化又理气和胃，暗合了食在广州的住客需求。人文关怀满满，好感度十足。早点也是很赞，出乎意料的好，尤其是弹奏的小姐姐，很温柔。最后实名表扬微信接待的kiki，相应及时，热情周到。种种原因都是我继续选择卓美亚的理由，也推荐来广州的朋友来。

豪华大堂的第一印象就很好，特别是空气中淡淡的草味清香，舒缓又高级，取代了那些让人头晕的浓烈香氛。晚上回房总有惊喜，夜床服务准备的糖水每天都不一样，细节满分。当然，最要表扬的还是Beety管家，服务贴心又专业，让住宿体验倍感温馨。不像在其他一些高端酒店，刻板或令人紧张的服务，本来每次出门见到陌生人就很紧张，有时甚至会“应激”到不想出门。而这里的一切都恰到好处，让我能全然放松地享受旅程，这或许就是它最不可替代的魅力。
