非常非常差，大家不要住。第一个号称什么运动员酒店不能和外人同食，你要坐在冰冷的大厅里，和一个莫名其妙的阿姨和你报菜单，给你拿，体验非常差，运动员和外来人员不能同食，是酒店去解决，不是我来解决，我花了钱入住，凭什么这种待遇。第二个是住了一晚上，第二天阿姨打扫完，牀头柜没了，然后给我的理由是5楼的房间只能有一个牀头柜，太可笑了，那个地方已经都有牀头柜摆放痕迹了，居然説她们领导説每个房间只能放一个牀头柜，这种酒店不住也罢，哪里不是花钱。极差体验，投诉到底。大家不要来住。

酒店整体体验不错，房间面积还算挺大的，入住的时候工作人员有礼貌，热情，也很专业。房间衞生打扫的乾净，没有浮灰，房间设施齐全，周边配套成熟，距离花园城中心，沃尔玛都很近。

前台服务员态度很好. 有求必应. 楼下就是网球场. 非常方便. 不过酒店的自助早餐是近期住过的酒店安排得比较差的一家. 附近有CoCopark, 万达.

每次有比赛，酒店就一房难求，好不容易看到有余房，立马抢了一间。三人住加了一张床。在阳台就能看见球场。最惊喜的是，酒店配有枱灯，方便孩子比赛时间做作业。前台还帮着打印了孩子的试卷。五星好评。

We come for tennis tournament , friendly and helpful staff, because tennis competition required flexibility. Close to tennis courts and gym/fitness room is amazing. Very comfortable hotel and timber floor. Thanks for the good stay.

Hotel is located inside the tennis center. A well equipped Gym and Chinese restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner provides good buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte menu is decent. It would be a bonus if to add a few more options for players when they need to grab and go.
No laundry room facilities is a little let down. It is definitely an important element to have for any hotel caters for tennis players.

感谢前台小妹的耐心周到的 服务。
孩子再钧泰打比赛，为方便就预订了球场的酒店。由于是小朋友一个人过去的，所有的预订付款都是我通过微信和前台沟通的。
因为我本人操作原因，造成再预订和付款结算多次失误。付款错误更是多达5次以上，每次微信前台都是认真回覆，耐心解答，直到帮我彻底解决问题。
最后退房阶段也是我的原因开发票错误百出，也是他们一次次耐心解决。真是棒极了。
