酒店外在形象不错，但房间设施维护不到位，比较陈旧，套房的门、书桌面、布艺沙发都有污渍，电视遥控器按键无反应，弄半天拆了电池重装才有反应，后来又不行了。。早餐品种真的太少了，9点去到已经无酸奶，问服务员还有吗？小孩想喝，服务员明确回覆喝完就无了、也不补充了！最后只吃了一只水煮蛋??因为之前也是看了点评，想着旁边有个博物馆才带小孩去住，结果体验感和价格比不上其他价格更便宜的连锁经济型酒店，不会再去住了

这次广州之行因为天气原因，机票接连两次改签，一路上舟车劳顿，本已疲惫不堪。但入住凯里亚德酒店的那一刻，所有的疲惫瞬间被驱散！从前台热情专业的接待，到贴心询问行程安排，每一个细节都让人倍感温暖。尤其惊喜的是，酒店还主动帮我们升级到套房，宽敞舒适的环境、精致的布置，瞬间带来满满的幸福感。全程周到又人性化的服务，让这场波折不断的旅程有了最完美的收尾！真心感谢凯里亚德，下次来广州不管是出差、还是旅行，一定还选这里！

The Hotel is good for the price you pay for! Most similar hotels in this area are much more expensive. I would not rate it as 4star, but 3.5star is fair. The Rooms are standard, overall clean and the bed is comfortable. I did not get an upgrade which is usually normal with my cTrip Status. At night some drunk guys at the same floor were pretty loud and screamed around. The breakfast buffet is Chinese Standard, nothing special but also not bad.
