  Clean and nice room, the staff at the lobby very friendly. We had a great sleep in the hotel, the hotel is smart hotel, new and great. Everything is prefect.

  千万不要入住 千万不要入住 千万不要入住 最可怕的酒店经历 我一共经Tripcom 平台上预定了11月8日至10日的3间房间 。包括2间高级大床房和1间豪华套房。我们一行6人於11月8日下午时份到酒店办理check-in手续，唯当时前台职员表示暂时只有高级房打扫完成，豪华套房仍在打扫中，於是职员先帮我们六人作登记入住，和给予2间高级客房的门卡，说豪华套房的门卡要晚一点等我们回酒店的时候给我们。 到了晚上凌晨时份，我们再回酒店的时候，酒店职员再次核对我们的身份，然後给予我们豪华套房的门卡，唯我们拿着门卡上去并用门卡打开房门的时候，惊觉房间放满一堆私人物品，房间已被另一位客人入住。 职员的回覆更是夸张。他们说一定要确认身份才能入住，可能是撞名，但已经入住了的客人是外籍身份。之後他们迟迟也不确定发生了什麽事情，亦尝试把责任推卸，指责可能是有客人在打扫其间走错房间。 第一，酒店有超卖的情况 只有2间套房 却有3组客人 而且我们一早到了进行check in，却把我们预定及登记入住的房间给了另一位客人，让我们无法得到所购买的房型。一直要我们6人在大堂等候至早上5点，亦没有给我们合理的解释 第二，酒店有严重保安漏洞及安全性问题 酒店在有客入入住的情况下，仍然给房卡我们，让我们可以直接开到已有客人的房间，若果换转我是已入住的客人，在岀外途中有人随意进入我的房间，如何可以安心放个人物品在酒店。又或者在休息途中有人随意进入我的房间，都会有破坏私人空间问题 第三，服务质素问题 职员并无意解决问题，一开始只是打算打发我们，换一间细房给我们，或者房租退一半。後来我们表达这是安全性问题，有位自称为经理的人在电话中不但没有表示歉意，并叫我们可以马上退租，出去搵过第二间酒店，但房费不会退。（留意：当时是晚上凌晨两三点）然後不断叫我们等下一位经理过来，都没有给一个合适的解释为什麽酒店会出现这个情况，亦没有给予适当的安排。最後我们一行六人一直在酒店大堂等到接近五点，亦没有给予恰当的回覆。只是简单一封道歉信都没有。

  接机：因为是凌晨到的，手机191尾号7468这位先生对接机了如指掌并解释得很清楚，路线和停靠门，以及步行大概需要的时间，直到我坐上接车他还在给我电话确认，尽职尽责安排乘客，还没到酒店就宾至如归的温暖！接机是件繁琐的工作，每个人都能耐心点，其实都能顺利的。 服务：来之前，前台“小美”加了微信，提前把入住情况都沟通好了，还给升级了房型，走时匆忙忘带了东西，她也及时联系我又寄回来了。办理入住和离开都很顺利，前台的几位帅哥美女也都亲切热情~服务必须给全五分～ 设施：装修很新，科技感，房间打扫的乾净，没什麽异味，对一个不吸烟的人这点很重要。 环境：离机场很近，交通方便，接送班车单程大约20分钟，十分便利。 最後要提示一下，酒店虽然在航路上，因为凌晨後航班都结束了，所以晚上一点都不吵，但是白天航班比较多路过酒店，噪音还是比较明显的，好在白天也不在酒店了??
