房间干净整洁，关键是酒店的位置很好。距离南越王博物馆的王宫展区非常近，就在酒店的旁边；距离王墓展区也不远，不到两公里，步行或骑车都很快。爱逛街的楼下就是北京路步行街，购物方便，美食也很多，还可以顺道看看北京路上的千年古道遗址。由于在广州一天的时间，主要想看南越王博物馆，六祖剃度的光孝寺瘗发塔，维也纳酒店正是理想的选择。另外在这样的商业区维也纳酒店还提供了停车区，我们停车也很方便。整体感觉很便利，很不错。

第二次为父母订这家酒店，这次让人太失望了，爸妈下午3点多到达，给的房间下水管道堵，房间也不明亮、设施陈旧。到晚上给换到隔壁房间，两间房间完全不一样，后者是我在携程上看到的一个样。这到底是什么？请善待长者！图二为下水管道堵的房间，灯光太暗，图三是新换（就隔壁房间）灯光明亮。视频是后换的房间。这是什么？请善待长者！

有点陈旧，环境卫生不是很好，我入住的是14楼，还是升级给我的吆零号没窗的房间，地板陈旧许多黑色污迹，天花板上和墙壁之间都有肮脏潮湿污迹。光脚踩着地板，上床明显看到许多黑色的地板污迹掉落在床单上。隔天还叫服务员更换床单和被子因为很痒。冲凉花洒破裂漏水，不知道是服务员不知道还是没人发现，这种小事酒店也没处理好。
胜在地点方便，对面就是北京路。靠近公园前地跌站和北京路地跌站。海底捞就在对面。

The hotel was clean , with shampoo and body wash, a beautiful picture of Vienna on the wall and toilet. There are some delicious yet economical restaurants nearby. Some large shopping malls nearby selling different kinds of snacks and drinks.

使用??看起来更好，在北京路上，吃喝玩都很方便，关键没想到隔音效果不错，晚上都不吵，然后洗澡水很冲，床也很舒服，吹风机风也不小，不是汉庭那种哈，还有充电线，很贴心，简单一句话，虽然看起来平平无奇，但是整体没毛病，还给免费升级了??

The fittings in the room are old and dated. The hotel seriously needs a refurbishment. Room has a great view and bed is comfortable but a little small for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Location of the hotel is great as the Beijing Road Walking Street is just opposite.
