Thank you best ever front desk receptionist Icy, for helping me to get back my lost phone during check-in which I left it on taxi on my way to hotel. Not just their helpful and professional service, I’m amazed on how clean and spacious in the room as well. Free us breakfast buffet and helped us on the laundry too, never been to a hotel that was so greatly satisfied in and out! Make my guangzhou trip perfect ???? Well done and would definitely choosing this hotel again if I’m going to GuangZhou next time!

This is my second stay at the hotel, and I’m really pleased with the great improvements since my last visit.
The location is convenient, with Beijing Road just a 10-minute walk away, which makes it easy to go shopping and explore the area. There are two robots at the front desk, so picking up deliveries and packages is convenient.
The room I stayed in this time is quiet, with no noise from housekeepers , and there’s no cigarette smell at all, which was a problem with my first room last time.
The service is still excellent, and the English-speaking staff member Icy helped me with all my requests just like before.
It’s clear the hotel has taken guest feedback seriously and made real improvements. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

酒店位置很好，靠近地铁站，出行方便。房间乾净整洁。整体体验不错，性价比高，会推荐给朋友。 最重要的是前台工作人员服务态度非常好， 特别是徐霜， 很积极解决问题。 谢谢宜尚工作人员。

前厅团队服务很棒，有问必答，一家4人入住舒适，前台24小时都有人服务。我个人最喜欢的是洗衣服务，洗好烘乾还能送去我们的房间。再来是拿包裹不需要自己拿上楼，有机器人帮我们送包裹上楼

怎么説呢，提前打电话确认了入住，并且通过携程确认了不要挨着电梯，不要角落里的房间。结果最终还是安排在了角落里的房间。
第二点就是第一次见镜子是直接对着床的，不知道酒店在装修的时候有没有考虑到客人的顾虑，镜子直对床头很多人犯忌会。没办法我只能自制布帘挡在中间。

这次带家人来广州玩，住的宜尚酒店真的太满意了！位置就在农讲所附近，步行到地铁站超近，去北京路、周边景点都很方便，出行完全不用愁。
房间乾净整洁，采光很好，床品柔软舒服，睡了几晚都特别踏实。衞生间乾湿分离，洗漱用品齐全，细节做得很到位。前台小姐姐态度超温柔，办理入住和退房都很快，还主动给我们推荐附近的美食和景点，太贴心了～
整体性价比很高，下次来广州还会选这里！推荐给来广州旅行的朋友们！?

这次入住的整体体验很不错，前台服务人员态度亲切，办理入住和处理问题时都很有耐心，让人感觉很舒服。饭店地理位置也很方便，走路一分钟就是地铁站。除此之外，饭店还设有洗衣房，对于需要长天数住宿或经常出差的人来说真的非常实用。整体来说，是一间很适合商务出差入住的饭店。

酒店附近美食店和商店很多，距北京路步行街很近，交通方便，离农讲所地铁站非常近，这两天乘坐地铁去了很多地方 ，来去非常方便，这次乘坐高铁来的广州，就怕城里开车堵。酒店乾净整洁，服务热情，值得推荐！再次感谢小文热情周到的服务！
