The room is clean and the air conditioner is very cool. Nice to sleep for overnight stay if transit people. Can be choosing this hotel. Free shuttle pick up from airport and go to airport

奔波了六个小时的车程到广州 入住的这家酒店，整个体验难以想象的差劲
第一 5.2号下午6-7点左右去前台询问办理入住，那前台女的一副爱答不理的嘴脸，咱就是説，不想干了就别干行不行？我一家老小四口人定的是双床房 她直接説四个人住双床房可能不行哦 请问你们酒店在这个软件上哪里标注了这个规定了
第二 我已经写了特殊要求双床房要高层且非角落房
她直接来一句 高层安排完了，你们只能住一楼，我请问呢？是谁在携程上答应了我的特殊要求的 后面我直接对质才给我安排了三床房 还是头房角落房 这就是你们酒店提供的服务体验吗
第三 住酒店停车的问题 我5.2下午入住完要出门，问了前台那女的説停车费怎么办 她直接斜了我一眼説要扫码啊 也不告诉我在哪里扫码 我就只能自己掏钱花了停车费 我请问呢？这就是免费停车的服务吗 还是説已经涉及虚假宣传了侵犯了我的权益了呢

房间挺好的，很乾净，然后浴室的窗户是透明的，也有帘子，可以拉上。而且酒店有接机服务还是挺好的，离地铁站有点远，大约要2公里。

我生平第一次负评，广州白云转机所以订了这酒店休息，一进房间可怕的烟味弥漫，房间超级潮湿，房间没有窗户，在里头快要窒息！！！
可怕是，屋内这片长玻璃朝里面一看，里头居然还有一个空间房间，里面根本可以躲人透视我的房间一举一动，太可怕！！！这合理吗？这房间根本像监狱，是关犯人的吧。
半夜我一个女孩子住这间根本没有隐私甚至危险，后来我跟前台换房间，前台女生语气带嘲讽给我换了房间。
新的房间看起来比较安全点，但浴室洗澡的门居然不见了？ 洗澡水都往外地上喷，整个浴室满满都是水… 根本容易滑倒。
浴室上写警告语拉门动作轻缓！但门在那？？？
请问不给浴室门是什么意思？
电梯还破旧！看起来超不安全！
女孩子若一个人千万不要订这间酒店！！！
非常危险！！！！！

酒店距离机场近，打车费用可以报销，性价比很高，服务态度也很好。但是美中不足的是隔音效果较差，睡眠有被打扰，其他都没问题。
