Inno Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotels in town. The staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Dongxiaonan Metro Station—making it easy to travel anywhere in the city.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the Chinese-style breakfast is fresh and satisfying. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is extremely convenient for longer stays. Being right next to a supermarket adds even more comfort and accessibility.
Overall, this hotel provides great value, a perfect location, and excellent service. I will definitely stay at Inno Boutique Hotel again.

非常不满意！第一次见到被子上有虫子的情况！有六只虫！！真是服了这什么破衞生情况！客房服务也很有问题，要么大中午午休时间敲门，要么是半夜十一点半敲门，莫名其妙的骚扰！就因为反馈了有虫子的问题，难道就要打扰住户休息的时间吗？入住的时候，前台还拿我爸的手机去乱点好评，也没跟长者家説清楚！
