Okay, how can I describe this!
The staff at the front desk are angels!
Chin is awesome, she also is helping me with my luggage transfers. I needed some help with some train bookings, and they were very eager to help me out!
I was in Guangzhou for the fair, and it was very convenient in terms of location. The view of the room was beautiful and the room was incredibly clean, renovated, well designed.
Love this place, and will definitely visit them again on my next trip!

Location is near subway station. Amenities were okay. Staff at the front desk was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast buffet was okay. Room was somewhat clean and Canton Tower could be seen thru the window.

second stay at this hotel which is clean and has good Service. Breakfast also good. All together can recommend it.
Side Facts: Elevator are terrible, to breakfast times need to wait several minutes for an elevator.
The Walking way to the metro station is a nightmare and must pay high attention to not get hit by scooter drivers which drive also on the Walking way.

Hotel is quite modern. Breakfast selection not a lot and more towards Chinese travellers. But I do have to commend the young guy who helped me check in early around 10.30am because I took an overnight flight and needed to clean and freshen up so that I can rush to CIFF exhibition. I do like the selection of teas at breakfast.

1. It's very close to the Pazhou Exhibition Center. It's just a distance of 3 subway stations. The distance between the subway station and the hotel is about 5 minutes.
2. It's also convenient to go to the airport. You can arrive at Baiyun Airport in an hour with just one subway transfer.
3. The rooms in the hotel are very clean. Also, their service is flawless. I got the impression of being very friendly.
4. There is a very large hospital right next to the hotel, and there are many pharmacies. I had a sudden headache during my journey, and I could get a headache pill very conveniently. I think it will be easy to deal with emergency situations.
5. The breakfast at the hotel was not many of a kind, but I could see that it was prepared very carefully, and the taste was also very good.
6. This is limited to the room I stayed in, but I was fascinated by the view out the window. Canton Tower looks very close.
Overall, I can recommend it compared to hotels in Tianhe or Pazhou.
