没有服务可言，到酒店时已经晚上7点半左右了，可是客房居然还没有打扫卫生，所以无法入住！入住三天卫生间从来不打扫，地漏的头发从来不清理！入住的是套房，四人入住，可是只提供2瓶矿泉水，一次性拖鞋2双，需打电话给前台！告知前台房号，可是前台根本弄不清楚房间在哪里？一个劲问有没有电梯，我们的房间在二楼不曾坐过电梯，我告知没电梯，前台居然说我没说清楚！再者二楼的房间，光线差，不通风，窗外是对面的地基和沟，所以小虫特别多！而且房间没有电热烧水器，需要喝热水需要自己去前台！

酒店很有特色，都是木质结构的，房间装饰也是藏式风格。酒店位置夜不错，后面有步行街，出门右边150米有很多商业街，吃东西和购物很方便。

酒店位置好，离独克宗花巷很近，酒店内可以停车。房间里满满的藏族元素，很是喜欢，就是床硬点，不是很习惯。

房间好大，还有地热，适合带着老人小孩出门。饭厅的小姐姐态度好好，还帮忙规划线路。缺点就是早餐实在不怎么样，还有洗澡间下水好慢，水经常漫出来
