🚗 交通：地理位置很好，出行各个地点都很方便。
🧹卫生：房间、浴室和卫生间的环境都很棒。自己算是个有洁癖的人，非常满意酒店的卫生。
🍃环境：环境方面也很好，房间夜晚休息时间是很安静的。
🔔服务：作为高端酒店，圣丰索菲特酒店的服务可以说是非常完美的。服务生会主动帮忙提行李，其次也非常感谢Ainsley小姐姐提供的客房服务。还有Savannah和Winona的后续回放服务。如果下次来广州还会选择圣丰索菲特酒店！

住在这儿真是超值，交通方便，早餐丰盛，中西式，还有寿司呢！酒店员工服务热情有礼貌，房间安静，还配有音箱，可选择很多种枕头，有助眠喷雾，舒服的浴缸，太喜欢了！尤其是Yumiko小妹妹，全程服务，从入住前几天，就开始跟踪服务，所有要求都尽量满足，即使是下班时间也及时回复，令人感动，下次来还会选择入住这家舒适人性化的酒店

第一次来这家酒店住，感觉非常好，入住前接到yumiko的电话问房间要求很贴心，知道我是来过情人节的，Lauren经理和yumiko帮我做了很漂亮的布置，很惊喜，还送了自己做的棒棒糖花束，爱心蛋糕，玫瑰花，一切的安排都非常贴心。因为住的不错，所以又续住了一天。这里的工作人员非常专业，做事认真，对客人的要求也很重视，帮了很多，很好
