Service staff was nice, help to change room to a non-smoking room. Room is clean and nice for a 3 star hotel. Location is ideal for Muslim travellers as there’s Muslim restaurants to the left and right. Big shopping malls to the right of hotel.

Great amenities! They have free daily laundry service, daily cleaning, can even arrange your online order to be delivered to the hotel, free water bottles, etc.
Location is great as well - about 5-min walk to Xiaobei MRT station (Exit B), plenty of choices of delicious halal eateries, less than 10-min walk to a mall (Sunny Walk Mall), convenience stores everywhere.
Service was okay enough - not all of the front desk staff could converse in English well. Out of five staff that we dealt with throughout our stay there (5 days), only two of them speak English. The other three always seemed frustrated whenever they had to deal with clients who can only speak English. But then again with great amenities and location, we probably wouldn’t mind staying here again if we were to visit Guangzhou again.

“The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Amazing hotel with bery sweet and kind staff.
Also very safe for every nationals.
I came for fist time as solo travel.

这绝对是我在广州住过最好的酒店之一，真的。几乎所有方面都很完美:舒适的床、漂亮的窗户、安静的环境、非常友善且会説英语的员工，早餐也很棒。酒店位置很好，离地铁站只有几分钟的步行路程。附近还有几个不错的公园。
