前台的接待人员热情友好，房间非常乾净、舒适，尤其是床非常舒服，保证了我的好睡眠。，楼下就有餐厅，出行也很方便。早餐种类丰富，味道很好，尤其喜欢他们的自制果汁。非常推荐这家酒店，期待下次再来！

体验嘎嘎好，整个大堂温度很适宜，前台办理入住速度很快，几乎没有等待时间，
酒店对待会员还是挺不错的，直接给我送了2份早餐！还有机器人送水果来房间里，各种细节都很贴心，而且我个人认为性价比非常高！

小孩想玩水，加钱住带浴缸的房间，性价比可以，酒店泡澡袋已经做好心理准备是要额外付费的，结果是免费的哦。酒店机器人也很给力，外卖都是机器人送上来的。前台服务很好，进来就奉茶了，房间衞生很乾净，服务员很有礼貌，空调很凉快。窗户很大，房间也很大，很安静，房间还有淡雅的香薰，没有异味住得非常舒适，离地铁站很近，去长隆玩很方便。没多远就有万达广场，吃饭购物都挺方便的。

整体来説还是很棒的一家酒店，服务态度没得説，解决问题也很及时，房间有浴袍，水也是免费的。衞生很好，房间大，安静，早餐丰富味道也很好，出行方便，三个地铁站都很近，离长隆很近很方便出去玩，不远的万达广场购物餐饮娱乐都很便利

已经住过很多次希岸酒店了，都很满意，这家酒店装修设计都是比较新的，而且设施也是非常的齐全，房间有配免费的饮用水，其次进房间第一感觉是比较宽敞而且很整洁，房间也是乾乾净净的，并且工作人员很热情，询问问题时都会耐心回答，办理入住时也很快速，房间空调也特别给力，去玩了一天回到酒店吹着空调超级舒服，下次来这边玩还选这家酒店。

This location is considered outskirt. Hard to get a taxi to travel around. There are barely any taxis in the area. I find it hard to travel around since I can't use their hailing apps.
