到杭州旅游订的这家酒店，属于新城区离西湖比较远，对面是一个新修的中学。亚朵属于连锁酒店，前台帅哥靓女非常热情，一楼有餐厅和除尘间，服务员帮我们洗完衣烘乾后并装在袋里，节省我们不少时间。房间有驱蚊液，贴心的服务，让我们像在家一样！

还是一如既往的选择亚朵，相信亚朵带来的放松和舒适。这家是第一次来，离市区略远，但是比较安静，很乾净，住的放心。还是比较满意这次酒店体验的！

Best Experience Ever! The service was really unexpectedly amazing. Top notch service by every single staff from the front desk to back end cleaning aunty. Everyone was friendly and went above their regular duties to go all out to help. Eg. With my difficult return of online purchases. The most amazing thing was the free laundry service they provided. All I needed to do was to drop off my clothes and tick the service "wash and dry" or "sort white and black" and the clothes were returned by the end of the day hanged on my door, washed smelling good and folded. Surprisingly this service is free. Safe to say, it's my best hotel experience in my many years of travel to China. Highly recommended.
