1.事前未告知，前台哄骗注册亚朵会员。要我提供验证码，我一看竟然是注册会员。
2.WIFI认证竟然有两个都让注册亚朵会员，彷佛不成为他会员是顾客欠它家的
3.八层共七十多个房间，竟然只有一个送餐机器人。饭点时候，外卖到大厅超过15分钟都到不了房间
4.没有主动服务意识，外卖长时间没送达，竟然不打客人在前台留存饭手机号，説什么保证客人休息
5.环境很吵，离电梯很近。一整晚都是电梯轰隆轰隆上上下下的声音
6.交通不方便，周围没有共享单车，最近地铁站也得一公里，在主干道立交桥旁边，夜间路上行车很嘈杂。基本只能打车

这次入住杭州浙大华家池凤起东路亚朵酒店真的太满意了！衞生满分，房间一尘不染，床品乾净柔软，连浴室地漏都看不到一丝毛发，细节控狂喜～环境也很棒，房间隔音也好，完全听不到走廊声音。
服务必须夸！前台小姐姐笑容超甜，主动帮我们升级了房型，还贴心推荐了附近的美食街；保洁阿姨打扫得超仔细，连矿泉水瓶上的灰尘都擦乾净了，晚上回来还发现偷偷放了晚安糖。设施也很齐全，洗漱用品是大牌味道，吹风机是戴森同款，床垫软硬适中，睡醒腰一点都不酸，还有智能马桶和胶囊咖啡机，细节处全是贴心。
作为情侣出游选这里太对了！从入住到离开， every细节都让人感觉被用心对待，下次来杭州还选亚朵，强烈推荐给所有追求品质的小伙伴～

前台服务态度很好，入住和离开都会送水，也耐心解答问题。亚朵的床品不用多説特别舒服，酒店早餐也很不错，我很喜欢现打的豆腐花，浓浓的豆香味。位置的话，去西湖和浙大紫金港校区都方便，旁边走1分钟就有公交站。总之很不错下次来杭州还是会订这家。

The hotel room is very clean and the front desk staff is nice, and it is easy to talk to. The room is on the small side, some rooms do not have refrigerator, so you have to pick the proper room type if you need one. but the hotel has washer and dryer, that's really helpful for travelers need to do laundry.
