离黄龙体育走路5分钟，非常近！交通方便，去西湖出门就有公交车！酒店的服务特别好，退房时体贴的送了两瓶矿泉水，还有湿纸巾！整体住宿环境也不错，很安静！

房间较大，卫生间也大，热水很足，洗澡舒服！设施很好，还有自助的洗衣房，免费洗衣和烘干，对于夏天每天换衣服真是很方便！电梯要刷卡，相对提高房间安全！值得推荐

酒店大堂区域设计感很强，让人很想拍照。属于成功的典范。但服务差强人意，前台办理入住的小伙子收了押金后，一会儿又问我要信用卡收押金，经提醒后终于醒悟。在前台加了早餐，早餐券又没给我，直到我进了房间10分钟后，小伙子匆匆忙忙跑来送了进来。态度还是不错的，只是希望培训再加强。早餐也是一样，门口收票的阿姨只是玩手机，连头都不抬一下的。哎
