住宿方便，不用去前台，房门用手机就可以打开房门。到酒店时正好有旅游团的客户，整个前台都是人，直接自助办理的入住，方便快捷

住的舒服，酒店前台小姐姐主动给升级了房间，还送了水果，房间宽敞明亮，实施齐全，床垫舒服，性价比很高。 酒店位置也蛮好的，离隔壁万达广场很近吃的很多，酒店门口还有小公园，被赞到！！！

酒店实施不错，尤其是前台给主动升级的房间床垫和枕头很舒服。房间带浴缸和淋浴很赞，前台服务很棒很贴心离开时还主动给水和曲奇??，酒店去万象城也不算远3公里左右。

非常满意的一次，这个价位本来没有太多期待，没想到入住感受非常好，房间非常新，很乾净，服务也很好，免费升级了2个房间，送了酸奶小吃，结束了还有伴手礼，地铁去西湖非常方便，小孩非常喜欢，下次来杭州还住着。
