前台小Y办理入住高效热情，让人倍感亲切。房间设计现代明亮，设施齐全。由于失误定成了大床房，个人睡眠质量不好，小Y主动为我升级了宽敞的双床房，服务体贴入微。房间整洁舒适，设施便捷，睡得特别安稳。酒店也有创口贴碘伏这些日用品，非常合适。这份主动关怀的待客之道，远超期待。早餐种类丰富，中西式搭配合理，热食口味很棒。健身房和自助洗衣房虽小但很实用，满足了旅行核心需求。
整体而言，以这个价位能享受到如此标准化的舒适服务和硬件，性价比极高。无论是商务出差还是休闲旅行，都是值得信赖的安心选择，下次来杭州一定会再次入住！

酒店位置优越交通便利，地铁站出门几分钟就走到了。酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住得很舒服。前台彭彭服务都很好，很主动，热情。早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高推荐。
