以前都是住上海店，第一次住杭州店
房型很大 装潢欧式风格 还有大浴缸 食物也不错，床铺也很大，非常好入睡 总体而言 还是非常非常满意的！

非常失望的入住体验！入住时发现枕头上有大片灰黑色霉斑，仔细检查后发现是枕套发霉，味道难闻且触感潮湿。立即向酒店客房反映，工作人员态度敷衍，没有回应、又打电话给了前台、让服务员上来看了下、只是拿走了、拿一个枕头送来、未主动致歉、孩子在床上睡了一下午、作为家长晚上看到这一幕真的很不舒服、怀着对品牌的信任选择了这家酒店，入住当晚却遭遇了极其糟糕的衞生状况。散布着数片黄黑色、边界模糊的霉斑，触感潮腻，并散发出一股难以忽视的陈旧霉味。这绝非轻微污渍，而是明显因长期潮湿、清洁消毒不到位导致的严重发霉。作为一家声称达到衞生标准的酒店，出现这种基础衞生问题实在令人难以接受。霉斑不仅影响睡眠舒适度，更可能引发健康隐患。酒店后续也未顾客表示歉意、亦无任何解释或主动提出升级房间等补救措施。更换后的枕套虽无明显霉斑，但整体床品依然给人一种潮湿不清爽的信任危机，让我整晚辗转反侧，心理和身体上都感到极度不适。
作为一家对外营业的酒店，提供乾净、无菌的床品是最根本的底线。发霉的枕套不仅暴露了客房清洁流程的形同虚设，更可能存在霉菌孢子，直接威胁住客的呼吸道健康与皮肤安全。此次经历完全摧毁了我对酒店管理能力的信心。在此郑重提醒各位旅客：入住时请务必仔细检查床品细节！我绝不会再次入住，也建议大家谨慎选择，以免遭遇同样的健康风险与糟糕体验。

装潢华丽但有点过时了，设施还行，开关得走到门口去关，没有智能设施。水挺多，房间放了十几瓶，不过除了两瓶免费其他都需要收费。有点快捷酒店的标准了。
服务确实都很好，这个可以。
希望尽快整改智能设施。

This is one of the best hotels in Hangzhou! Very clean and beautiful for this price! Front desk staff are very friendly; there is a restaurant in the first floor and few small shops in front of the building, however, the location is a bit far from the center which makes it a little inconvenient for delivery! In general it was a nice experience I’ll definitely comeback in the future . If you’re looking for a calm and quiet place I recommend this hotel; you won’t regret it!

衞生乾净，酒店高端大气，开车过来性价比绝绝子，每次来杭州都选白金，小姐妹3-4人住一间超级省钱，1.5米的床睡两人一点也不挤，酒店停车位也多，充电桩也多，完全不用考虑停车和充电问题，停车费也便宜，一个晚上10几块

这次住的酒店真的太惊喜！大堂灯光软软的，消除旅途疲惫一把好手。客房整洁又温馨，连洗漱用品都香香的。早餐种类超多，每样都想尝一口，吃饱喝足去逛景点超快乐。工作人员态度超好，有求必应，真的会爱上这种贴心的感觉！
