酒店设施较旧，但地点好，房间很大。距离杭州东站大概2公里路程。酒店安排有免费七人车在东站接送。我们一行5人，到达当天包括另一位乘各刚好坐满，没有多余坐?位。奇怪司机还要去接多两位客人，?还叫我们挤一挤。真的奇怪那来有多的坐位，车厢这么小，要我们抱着坐吗？为何不多走一趟呢？我们拒绝，司机才放弃。

Location is near residential area. While it is near metro station, it is on a non main line. That means you need to transfer train and longer journey time. So you will have to didi out and in hotel. Most didi also don’t turn in the hotel. Hotel is really old and so so only. Rooms look bright cos I took it in the day with curtain drawn. Overall, I could get a better hotel in the city at similar price.

房间很好很大、床很舒服，有机器人送餐，早饭也很不错，前台小天、小潘服务态度棒棒的！这个酒店最主要是高铁接送站很方便，十分钟能到，还是商务车接送，接送在南进站口那里，驾驶员师傅也很好，会帮忙搬箱子～

房间稍微有点烟味，不过衞生还可以。前台服务热情周到，连打扫阿姨都很有礼貌。带全家过来玩，另外要了一床被子，也很快送来了。
