是我住过几个不同城市里最差的亚朵，没有之一。
1. 交通不便利，没有任何停车或者方便上下车的地方。
2.家庭出游3个人拿着很多行李，前台丝毫没有要帮把手或者按一下电梯的意思。
3. 没有提前告知就给了无窗房间，房间拥挤到行李箱都无法摊开。
4. 隔音差到走廊机器人路过都能听的很清楚，天花板吊顶的灯全部都是肉眼可见的灰尘。

I had a fantastic stay at the Atour Hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the night market and Kerry Shopping Mall, with endless food options nearby. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler: cozy, impeccably clean, and featured very comfortable bedding. Atour planet is superb.
What really stood out were the thoughtful touches. They even have indicator at the door handle to show you which direction the elevator is! From the sweet welcome card, bedside book of poems… to the overall hygiene, it's clear they care about the 'small details' that make a big impact. Highly recommended! I will return again.

饭店服务非常好！柜台很亲切，房间很乾净舒服，设计感很不错，还有专门准备好的床头充电座，地点也好 走路去西湖，搭地铁都很方便，非常推荐给要来杭州/西湖的朋友

床睡起来舒服 洗澡水压很够

服务特别好、我很开心。这个酒店会推荐给其他朋友和亲戚。 就是 管家叫 丝琦 也是很温柔， 当我问她的时候， 她给我介绍的很清楚， 也是暖笑容。 好开心。 还有前台的男生， 叫 安子心、 很关心我们， 给我们 暖水。 我会再来的、 住在这个酒店。

行政大床房的房间稍小了些，与窗外的马路隔音做的不错。建议要主动询问需不需要洗漱用品，这样体验会更好！整体还算不错吧，地理位置也挺好的。

住6楼，周围房间关门会共振，隔音差。楼上不知是厨房还是是什麽，动静很大，天花板隔段时间就震动一下，多次被天花板震动惊醒，凌晨3点半一直吵到早上7点，无语，起床，退房
