床具和被子枕头非常柔软舒服。唯一遗憾就是隔音不算太好窗外有工厂锅炉排气声音，关上窗户还是能够接受。服务员小佟非常热情。早餐内容丰富，设施齐全，前台服务人员很热情，满意，下次还会选择入住。

Name of hotel is EDEN House - not Yiqi Ecology Art Hotel. Very far from airport. To the east railway 30-40 minutes. . Affordable summer rates. Eden has a welcoming ambiance with natural elements- beautiful front desk and cafe area. Executive Suite room was fantastic. Bed was luxurious quality. Modern shower and toilet area. Nice sitting area to watch movies and read. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was ok but no western options. Only tea, no coffee. Staff are helpful but don’t speak English. It’s a quiet environment which I enjoyed but far from Hangzhou landmark attraction like West Lake Pavilion and Ancient Town-Qinhefeng Rd. Traffic by taxi- try the metro.

Great place for families with pets. The staff are very kind and caring. The laundry facility and parking were well-equipped and easy to use. There were charging piles in the parking for EVs. However, there were two main problems, 1) our room was not cleaned properly and hair was everywhere, 2) the breakfast was only Chinese style (fried egg, tofu, rice, and watermelon) without any coffee or juice, which was not good and didn't worth the cost. We asked for coffee in the morning for breakfast but they told us the staff in charge of making coffee would come in the afternoon and there was no coffee or other drinks for the ridiculous breakfast session.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, in this they are great! Service is a bit slow, the cleaning woman on my floor is noisy in the morning and even woke me up on the first morning to ask if I needed my room cleaned despite having the DND light on.
The cafe on the first floor is cute and cozy, lots of beautiful plants But the service is so so...the guy serving tea/coffee and snacks offered by hotel from 1pm-10pm is a smoker and would be clearing his throat into what I assume was a garbage bin behind the counter. Very off-putting!
I chose this place because it is very close to Baoshou shan 宝寿山 17 minutes by car and obviously the good reviews. The room is super clean and comfortable, all other things can be avoided/dismissed depends on you.
FYI no one speaks English, It wasn't a problem though.
