服务态度很差，我订了两个高级双床房，説是可以免费停车，结果我老公10点半退一间房时説另一间房1点钟退时再办理免费停车，一点钟退另一间房时又骗人説已经办好了，结果两间房只停一辆车一天时间被收费340元，打电话去问各种狡辩。没见过服务态度这么差的酒店。

床很大，但是房间不是很大，总体来説很可以了，在杭州这个价位和位置，离地铁站大概要走十三分钟，走熟了还可以，离车站近，方便在酒店寄存行李然后去车站

在页面下面不起眼的地方写了一个钢性窗，谁知道是个假窗，要订房的亲亲们，看清楚一点吧，他这应该有好几个房间是没用窗户的。如果不是因为离二院近，也不给家人订这里了，説是隔音效果也不是很好

每次来杭州都住这里，对面就是浙大二院很方便，旁边有很多吃饭的地方，房间也很乾净，服务也很好，还给升级了有窗的房间

房间空间虽然稍微小一些但也够活动，个人觉得基本衞生服务都还ok的。浙二对面，就医真的挺方便，排队等待检查的时间可以回房间休息下，这次开车来杭州的，连续检查需要一直续住，免费停车这个帮了大忙。
