房间被褥和毛巾还可以，电梯脏且有机油味，早餐很差，房间服务员水平也就是小县城的样子，前台服务员凑活。总之，杭州这个价钱也就这个水平吧。

这网络是没办法形容的，去住两天连上网，就没能用上过，服务也差的要命，咖啡茶叶第二天不知道是故意不放了，还是真没意识放，酒店开票搞了半天，告诉我不能开，打印机坏了，几个人就折腾一个机器，害的一家子等了好久。这酒店的服务，不知道咋说了

酒店里灵隐寺景点很近，早上去爬山，方便。房间在一楼，窗户没栏杆，窗子有一扇锁不上，但是打前台电话，很快就来了一个师傅把窗锁修好了，但是一楼窗户外面没栏杆，对2个女生来说还是有点害怕。但是酒店服务不错，也可以寄存行李，离灵隐公交枢纽也挺近的，周边就是经典，吃饭的地方也多，有个肯德基，必胜客，星巴克。
