酒店位于灵隐寺边上，前往灵隐寺景区非常方便，由于酒店为早期建筑，内部设计比较陈旧，设施跟不上现代需求，空调不够制热，热水也忽冷忽热的，但是总体来讲卫生还是可以保证。

车子在酒店停车场被砸，协商未果，让我们全家不舒服的是酒店负责人态度极其恶劣，先是说找不到领导，没办法帮你处理，又说要找相关部门解决，让我们等着，对于酒店的处理方式我们一开始还是积极配合，但是就一个要求，先让酒店开一个房间，让家里老人先休息着，等处理好，我们就离开，但是酒店负责人却说，很快就有人来处理了，让我们等一会，房间不会开给我们，因为我们是出来旅游，没有办法耗着时间，最后只能作罢，很影响心情的一次经历，对于这件事，我们不舒服的地方并不是处理的结果，而是整个处理的过程，从推卸找不到领导，到打不通相关部门电话，再到摆明了不处理的态度，实在让人失望。
