服务贴心周到：酒店的服务非常出色，员工态度友好热情。有客人提前到达酒店，酒店能在早晨六点多帮忙开房间，让客人提前入住，这种贴心的服务让人倍感温暖，为酒店加分不少。

酒店的房间给人很大的惊喜，不仅空间宽敞，洗手间也十分宽敞，而且还有阳台，配备了晾衣架，非常贴心。酒店周边的环境很好，小吃众多，对于喜欢品嚐当地美食的客人来説是一大福音。而且旁边还有超市，购物也十分便捷，生活所需都能轻松满足。

差评。我们到达杭州已经快晚上10的，由于我们的客户在西湖科技园，就近选择一家四星酒店。服务员给我们2间靠门口直接对着楼梯走廊，一侧靠马路的房间…。噩梦开始的节奏，任何电梯上来的本楼层走动声音讲话声音都可以传入房间。半夜1点楼下不是男女生嚷嚷声。北门靠马路侧只要大车经过，那哄哄声不绝于耳。找酒店要硬一点的枕头，比如荞麦枕，告知没有。实在无法入眠，从半夜2点乾脆看看小説，看到5点精疲力尽后才能入睡。早上8点在嘈杂声中起来，匆匆吃完早餐退房离开。杭州再也不敢住评分4.5以下房间。
